Monday-Friday Schedule
5:30 a.m.: Rise
6:00 a.m.: Office of Readings and Morning Prayer (Divine Office)
7:00 a.m.: Holy Mass
8:00 a.m.: Thanksgiving after Mass
8:20 a.m.: Rosary
8:50 a.m.: Breakfast
9:30 a.m.: Work day begins
*Throughout the day the Knights take 2 hours of scheduled adoration and take their lunch break as time allows according to individual duties.
5:25 p.m.: Evening Prayer
6:10 p.m.: Dinner and dishes
7:30 p.m.: Free time
10:00 p.m.: Lights out
* The Knights also have formation lessons Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, as well as a community Holy Half Hour on Wednesday evening with the M.F.V.A. friars.
